Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal data directly. All invoice content you create — business info, client info, line items, tax rates, and notes — stays in your browser's localStorage and is never sent to our servers.

We operate a static site with no backend database. There is no account system, no login, and no server-side storage of your invoices.

How We Use Information

Because we don't receive your invoice data, we cannot use, share, or sell it. Invoices remain entirely on your device until you choose to clear your browser storage.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate site usage such as page views, referrers, country-level location, and device type. This data is anonymized; it does not include invoice content or personally identifiable information beyond what Google collects by default.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by enabling "Do Not Track" / "Global Privacy Control" in your browser.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

This site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC. Google and its partners use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

Data Storage

All invoice data is stored locally in your browser via the localStorage API. We have no access to it. Clearing your browser data will permanently delete your saved invoices.

This service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will investigate.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because we do not collect personal data, there is typically no data for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. For data handled by our analytics and advertising providers, please use their respective opt-out controls linked above.

California residents: we do not "sell" personal information as defined by the CCPA.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
